Memo from the Desk of a Jr. Executive
April 11th, 2011
Today, everyone was calling out sick. Throwing up on my new suit was one thing, but if you just have a fever, don’t tell me you can’t be bothered to sit at a desk and work. It’s not like I am asking you to move furniture or anything. Besides, we have a meeting with the big guns this afternoon. I’ve got to impress them with my new financial reports. My secretary printed up these great graphs and I colored them in with crayons. Color could be the difference in getting my size 2T slip-on loafers in the door of that corner office I’ve been eying.
So listen up – STOP WHINING. My delicate ears can’t take it any more. Just have a Popsicle, make a bridge, and get over it.
Sincerely,
BabyBee
Jr. Executive
Wow. A secretary, huh Babybee? I tend to agree. Coloring makes all the difference.
I sure would like to see those graphs…
It’s all proprietary. Wouldn’t want the competition stealing my look. We are talking corner office here!
Oh my gosh, that’s like the cutest picture in the history of pictures! LOVE IT! And BabyBee, have you ever heard of markers?! They’re AWESOME! I know you can’t read yet, but have LO read the markers and make sure they DON’T say “waterproof” because the waterproof ones aren’t nearly as fun as the REAL ones! (Hey, don’t tell your Mommy and maybe I’ll send you some for your birthday!)
That BabyBee is quite the task master!! Glad he isn’t my boss!
Great post Babybee … you’re on your way to that corner office in no time. Have you discovered Post-it Notes and Sharpies yet? THOSE are the best!!
